I come from a really big family – there’s my mom Jody, who stays home with us, my dad Jack, who’s an I&C tech, then my three sisters, Jackie, 19, Stephanie, 18, and Cassey, 14, and my little brother Matthew, 9. We also have a bird named Belle and a pond full of fish. Our house is always busy! In school, I like to study science and have recess. At home, I like playing video games, having friends over, watching the movie “Ice Age” and eating I.S.O.P (Inside Out Pizza). If you really want to make me happy, send me to the beach! I went to the Bahamas once, but I’d really like to go back. I don’t have to think about hospitals when I’m there. I had to have ten weeks of intense chemotherapy and radiation for a spinal cord tumor. But Dr. Janns and Dr. Phillips are so great – they have taken really good care of me. If I had my way, there would be no more cancer for anyone and there’d be peace on earth!
