My name is Jacob and I’m four years old. I live in Cincinnati with my mommy and daddy. We have a nice zoo here with a baby rhino. I also have two brothers, Nathan (9) and Alex (7), and sometimes we get along good. I like to play “Army” with them and play on the playground. “Spiderman” is my favorite movie because he helps people. And I love to read books about spiders, too. I think Chipotle burritos are the best – yum! The doctors first discovered I had neuroblastoma when I was 9 months old. It has been one year since my last chemo treatment, and I just had my c-line removed! When I had to be in and out of the hospital, the doctors and nurses took very good care of me. I am very thankful for all of them!
